Job Description:
Essential Functions:
• Support the Compliance Manager with Carrier and Compliance monitoring processes...
• Follow established procedures to appropriately review and update carrier profiles, assist carriers with issues and address emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Review all documentation submitted by carriers and insurance companies for carrier registration for accuracy.
• Review and monitor carrier performance on FMCSA websites.
• Develop and manage reports from VLMS/Magnus database to support carrier statuses and reviews.
• Communicate with team members, carriers, and external customers via telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media.

Job Requirements: Additional Skills and Job Details: • Ability to use good organizational skills to problem solve, prioritize duties and follow-through completely with assigned tasks. • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Ability to remain professional in all circumstances. • Must be proficient in data entry and clerical skills. • Above average analytical and critical thinking skills. • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. • Meets attendance and punctuality standards, may require some weekend workExperience and Education: • High School Diploma or GED required. • At least 2 years of previous customer service experience preferred. • Transportation industry experience preferred. • Training experience is a plus. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
