 Work at C Teleport Operations department 24/7 Customer Support Travel Agent (Remote).
 This is a remote role aimed at providing 24/7 customer support to our clients.
 Assist clients with their reservations through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring high-quality service in English.
 Utilise Galileo and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets.
 Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: Â Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Galileo or Amadeus. Â Proven experience in reissuing and refunding tickets using Galileo and Amadeus is preferred. Â Fluent in spoken and written English. Â Excellent communication skills in writing (including responding in chatbox) and speaking. Â Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Â Team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Â Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
