We are looking for a Part-Time YouTube Growth Strategist to optimize our video content and improve our channel’s rankings and visibility. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a data-driven YouTube growth strategy to increase views, engagement, and subscribers.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum discoverability.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
• Monitor YouTube analytics, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to enhance video structure, retention, and overall channel performance.

Qualifications
• Resume in English
• English fluency at C1 or C2 level
• Proven experience in YouTube SEO, audience growth, and video optimization.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm, ranking factors, and content strategies.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
• Experience in video content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
