We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and strong communication skills.
Duties
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
 Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or complaints
 Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
 Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service or a related field
 Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
 Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information accurately
 A passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer support
