Job description: Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Compliance Auditor- Flexipool

Position Status: Remote, Flexi status, day shift

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Position Summary:

Analyze privacy processes for risks for the Sentara Privacy Department and all Sentara Divisions. Assist the Privacy department in risk analysis, planning, auditing and program development for privacy activities throughout Sentara. Participate in privacy investigations.

Provide consultation, education and development for Sentara Privacy staff to assist in the investigation, documentation and risk mitigation of privacy matters. Acts as a resource for privacy, and Sentara workforce members regarding HIPAA regulations and rules.

Minimum Requirements:

Healthcare and Clinical Experience preferred.

Required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise the development of Privacy department team members. Ability to work remotely.

Bachelor's level degree in Nursing, Business Administration, HIM, Health Administration or similar degree. * Healthcare Compliance Certificate (CHC),preferred

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied:

$32.59 - $48.89 per hour.
