Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Coordinator/Admin Assistant for OMHC at MPB Group Inc. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients and staff, providing excellent customer service, managing cases, using medical terminology, and navigating insurance processes. This position is located in Columbia, MD.

Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Case Management experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Insurance navigation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
