Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting clients with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting issues. • Resolve account-related issues, including billing, transactions, and rewards program inquiries. • Deliver solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy while maintaining American Express’ high standards of service. • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. • Document interactions and feedback to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Previous customer service experience in a virtual setting is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
