About the position

TEKsystems is seeking Fraud Member Service Representatives to join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This remote position requires one week of onsite training and involves responding to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, performing transactions, and advising members on products and services.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high volume contact center operation.

• Provide information regarding the company's products and services, ensuring optimal member experience.
,
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
,
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs.
,
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED required.
,
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, collections, or banking.
,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment.
