Director, Brand Management, Minute Maid Warehouse and FSOP
Posted 2025-04-30The Director, Brand Management, Minute Maid Warehouse and FSOP role is responsible for leading the strategy and business creation across a portfolio of Minute Maid brands in the Chilled and Food services route to market. This is accomplished by creating brand growth strategies and the long-term business plan while translating those into actionable annual brand plans. This includes Strategy Creation, Brand Planning, Marketing Communications, Innovation, Commercial Strategy, and Research, as required.
Key Responsibilities: Â Establish brand growth strategies and develop the long term business plan and goals across the Minute Maid Juices/ Juice Drinks portfolio. Â Craft the annual Business/Brand Plan and establish prioritized sources of growth building blocks to achieve the plan. Â Monitor the brand and competitive environment, routinely provide performance updates to leadership and stakeholders, and proactively recommend changes in direction as required. Â Coach and mentor team members that work in Chilled/FSOP. Â Lead the development and execution of the Price and Package Architecture strategy and innovation pipeline that creates system value and delivers against brand strategies. Â Works with cross-functional team to commercialize product and packaging launches, leading the creation of the project charter, packaging artwork, consumer research, R&D formulation and internal/global approvals and materials to support the launch (i.e., mocks-up/sales samples). Â Identify commercial opportunities to grow the base business and to support new products and packages. Â Collaborate with system partners (Channel, PAC, Human Insights, Finance, SRA, Legal, etc.) to ensure ongoing brand engagement and identify opportunities to achieve business goals and/or close gaps. Â Translate the brandÂs business strategies into compelling agency briefs. Â Work with IMC team to develop, execute and track a Marketing Communications plan that delivers to the brandÂs goals, objectives, and strategies. Â Work with Human Insights to execute routine and ad-hoc research projects, and measure effectiveness of in-market marketing plan activities. Proactively recommend change in direction as required. Â Manage the brand DME budget to deliver against financial targets, accounting principles, process guidelines & goals. Â Foster brand relationships with the global team.
Job Requirements/Qualifications: Â 7-9 Years related marketing experience, CPG experience preferred. Â Solid analytical skills. Â Expertise in strategy development. Â Expertise in innovation development. Â Experience managing creative agencies. Â Strong project management skills from idea through to execution. Â Solid verbal and written communication skills. Â Strong influencing skills. Â Ideally has managed and led teams with thought leadership. Â Deep knowledge of retail landscape in the US (ideally on Beverage Chilled or Food Service Route to Market.
Educational Requirements:
BachelorÂs degree in marketing, business or related field required. MBA is preferred.
