We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Program Management Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing complex marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role also works as an operations lead and is critical in ensuring efficient workflows, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various channels and Regions
 Frequently liaise between Marketing and Business owners as well as Operational and technical delivery teams to always stay in the loop and everything going on across your program to be the lead on executive communications (Director, Sr. Director & above)
 Regularly measure and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction, addressing concerns and adapting strategies as needed
 Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
 Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, including communicating potential limitations, challenges, and trade-offs
 Handle pushback when necessary with stakeholders
 Responsibilities
 Host team weekly standups (manage the work, influence the people doing the work, ensuring work is getting done)
 Participate in stakeholder meetings
 1:1 meetings as needed for stakeholder management
Channel Workflow Management:
 Oversee and manage the multiple task queues for your program, ensuring that the S&O team as well as the Channel execution teams are delivering tasks to quality & SLA standards
 Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately scope projects and define clear deliverables for the team
 Ensure that your team is proactively troubleshooting production issues and are implementing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency
Leading Process Change and Training:
 Proactively develop and implement process improvements for production workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals
 Provide comprehensive education and enablement for teams and stakeholders on new systems, workflows, and concepts
 Champion the adoption of new processes within the broader organization, ensuring smooth and effective implementation
 Regularly gather insights for the channel, and identify opportunities for improvement for change and training for improving campaigns for your channel
Intake Team Management:
 Manage intake resources strategically, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient project delivery
 Monitor and measure team performance, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
 QBR or MMR format to present to internal and external stakeholders
 Strategic reviews with business partners to facilitate discussion and decisions about ongoing program evolution, report on efficiency and impact metrics to track impact, identify insights and solutions to improve the program moving forward
 Upleveling this information to stakeholders who are less familiar with the technical and operational details
Marketing Automation Expertise:
 Proactively identify and implement automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign personalization
 Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for automation that drive campaign effectiveness and ROI
 Stay current with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continuously optimize production workflows
Process Optimization:
 Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
 Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
 Utilize data and analytics to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement
 Implement process improvement methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement
Team Leadership and Development:
 Lead and mentor a team of Strategy & Ops specialists, providing guidance and support
 Set clear goals and expectations for the team, fostering a culture of high performance
 Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
Qualifications:  15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role  Proficient in marketing tools and technologies such as Asana, Google Ads, Marketo  Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team  Proven track record of process improvement, optimization  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated track record of executive stakeholder management and managing a breadth of stakeholders across business and operational roles across regions
Preferred Qualifications:  Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)  Proficient in project management and productivity tools  Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
