In this role, you will engage with customers through inbound chat conversations, providing them with essential information regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, financing, and general inquiries about our dealership offerings. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring our dealer clients are positively represented online and in converting these interactions into valuable leads, thereby driving revenue from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
 Respond to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat
 Deliver precise information about our products and services through chat interaction
 Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs
 Cultivate and update an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
 Collect and document customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up
 Summarize customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review
Required Skills
 Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 Pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor
 Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities
 Fluent in English, both spoken and written
 Basic proficiency with internet navigation and computer applications
 Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
Qualifications
 Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory
 Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; experience in gaming can be beneficial
 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
 You must be able to pass a background check
 Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting
