 Active Adjuster Insurance License
 6 months of customer service experience preferred
 Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
 Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills
Responsibilities
 Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents
 Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
 Communicate with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
 Resolve and de-escalate customer issues calmly
 Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
 Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Qualifications
 Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
 Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
