This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel. Candidates selected will have the opportunity to work, and be mentored by one of the top producers in AO.

Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments with clients to meet virtually over zoom. Leads provided • Quickly Learn & Master Sales Processes and Systems • Manage daily operations • Oversee multiple personnel • Help with onboarding and training Qualifications • Strong leadership skills • Organized • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) including active listening and problem-solving • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go • Works well with others and individually • Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
