Amazon is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers in real time via Amazon’s online chat platform, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues related to orders, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide real-time assistance to customers via Amazon’s online chat system • Address inquiries related to orders, products, account management, and technical support • Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and troubleshooting guidance • Log and update customer interactions and case notes in Amazon’s internal systems • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open... issues and providing timely resolutions • Stay informed about Amazon’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service or virtual assistant role, preferably in an e-commerce environment • Strong proficiency with online chat systems and CRM tools (experience with Amazon’s systems is a plus) • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once and prioritize tasks efficiently • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
