What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for youth and collegiate sports market accounts
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in housing companies for youth and collegiate sporting events
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the youth and collegiate sports markets
 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, for successful execution of sales strategies
 Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Must be based in the United States
 Proven experience in sales, specifically within the hospitality or related industry
 Strong understanding of youth and collegiate sports markets
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in developing sales strategies for sports-related events or markets
 Familiarity with contract negotiation and pricing agreements
 Background in hospitality management or related fields
 Established network within the youth and collegiate sports community
