Responsibilities: • Case manage and provide direct special education services to one student, 2 hours per week. • Collaborate with school staff and the student's family to ensure educational goals are met. • Develop and implement an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for the student. • Monitor the student's progress and adjust support strategies as needed.

Requirements: • Valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification. • Experience in case management and providing direct services to special education students. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting. • Familiarity with IEPs and working with students in an online learning environment. • Two years experience working in schools.
