Hourly Pay Range: starting at $30-$35+, finalized by school experience.
Schedule:
 Academic School Year Calendar
 M-F Standard School Hours
 For the first 8 weeks, you'll be in a high school classroom with 13 students. After those 8 weeks, you'll have the option to choose from K-12 programs throughout the district.
Key Responsibilities: Â Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Â Collect and record data on student behavior and progress. Â Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges. Â Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. Â Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' behavioral goals.
Requirements: Â Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Â Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. Â 2 years of college credits in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. (60 Credit Hours) Â Previous experience working as a RBT, preferably in a school or pediatric setting. Â Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred.
