Responsibilities:  Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes  Assisting with executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans  Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)  Providing personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support  Assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal preparation  Ensuring order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times  Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed  Handling administrative functions such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' conditions
Qualifications:  Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)  Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care  Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR)  TB screening/PPD chest X-ray  Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation  Empathy, compassion, and kindness are a must  Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in various situations  Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential  Basic computer skills and technical savviness  Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.  Ability to pass a background check and provide references
