Responsibilities: • Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes • Assisting with executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans • Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) • Providing personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support • Assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal preparation • Ensuring order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times • Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed • Handling administrative functions such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' conditions

Qualifications: • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) • Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care • Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR) • TB screening/PPD chest X-ray • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation • Empathy, compassion, and kindness are a must • Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in various situations • Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential • Basic computer skills and technical savviness • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. • Ability to pass a background check and provide references
