Responsibilities...
• Helping customers with registration
• Assist with hotel reservations
• Answering questions about events and conferences
• Engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email while delivering the best service possible.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service (At least 1-3 years) • Good multitasking skills • Positive and professional attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with using various software and web browsers • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Active listening and showing empathy • Able to handle a busy workload and multiple demands • Dependable and punctual for all shifts • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities • Minimum Education - High school diploma or GED.
