100% remote - 20-25 hours a week | $22.00 hour (non-negotiable...

7am-7pm EST, CST, or MST, weekend availability will be needed

A Day In The Role / Tasks
• Ability to handle full day multitasking
• Troubleshooting in real time, quick thinking on their feet
• Available for weekends as needed - can work in EST, CST, or MST
• This team will evaluate and work with you to see how you operate, etc. to have potential for a more expanded role in the future
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats - the role will include anything from outreach to businesses and employees, in-store visits to understand operational practices, building merchant facing documents and presentations, etc.
• How will this contractor be measured in the role? Any specific performance metrics? "Successful deliveries handled daily, calls made, cases solved"

Necessary Experience/Skills
• Customer Service

• Excel and Google Suite experience
• Working in a fast pace environment
• Outreach Support to Dashers
• Time Management
