What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
 Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with terms
 Present a positive and professional approach to clients and health plan members
 Meet daily department goals for outbound calls and appointments set
 Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
 Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
 Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment is preferred
 Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
 Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, utilizing an auto dialer, and/or using scripts
 Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including breaks and lunch
 Friendly and conversational demeanor with persuasive communication skills
 Experience in a healthcare-related field or with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans
