We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in phone screening candidates applying as an HHA (Home Health Aide) for our NJ locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be managing high volume calls, phone screening HHA's for job placement, and other administrative duties such as data-entry, and follow ups to support staffing and managers, while delivering exceptional customer service assistance. Qualifications:  Must be fluent in Spanish and English  Must be computer savvy  Must have High Volume Call experience  Must have Customer service experience  Must have a positive outlook, and enjoys talking to people  Must live in the state of NJ  Self-driven - ready to take on responsibility as well as work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional departments  Multi-tasker with excellent Time Management skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Excellent Time Management skills  Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Responsibilities:  Handle inbound and outbound calls for our HHA's; by phone screening their qualifications, and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests  Provide accurate and timely information to HHA candidates regarding services, and policies  Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with HHA candidates  Analyze business needs and coordinate qualified candidates for hiring manager  Perform data entry and administrative tasks to update candidate information in the system  Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate hiring pipeline while achieving department goals If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
