About The Role
We are seeking a Client Engagement Executive with a proven track record and a passion for selling technology solutions to join our Sales Team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, positioning yourself for unique career growth opportunities within our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage the upload of new lead data to the ERP and marketing spreadsheet.
• Coordinate essential information flow with other teams, such as Recruiting and HR.
• Conduct extensive web searches to gather lead and company contact information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members through our chat system to gather necessary information.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data entry or sales support roles.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong network of potential new clients within the IT industry and related verticals.
• Target-driven with excellent networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
