What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and email support requests in a fast-paced environment
• Perform front office and back-office responsibilities, including patient education and medication requests
• Assist with patient support and care coordination
• Collaborate with team members and providers to maintain excellent patient care
• Become an expert in software solutions such as Zendesk, Truepill EMR, and Five9
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 3+ years of call center experience, including outbound call experience
• 6+ months of remote work experience
• Tech-savvy with experience working with technology and electronic medical records
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Knowledge of the medical field
• Experience working at a startup
• Experience with customer service software
• Bachelor's Degree
